Here's some things people are saying about D&D today...

"WOW!! Is it possible that such valiant behavior still exists among small business owners??... while I was waiting for my bike, another mechanic was working on aligning or "trueing" a wheel on a different bicycle. He notified the clerk at the cash register that, although the customer had requested this alignment, he believed that the wheel was, in fact, substantially aligned and he had to make only a minor adjustment. He instructed the clerk to not charge the customer for that service. What was MOST impressive was that he did this in the absence of the customer, who was not present in the store at the time.
Now THAT'S integrity, and that's worth rewarding with consumers' business."
