D&D money talk...

Because we want to help get you in the bike or hockey gear that's right for you, we offer several options to save you money or make it even better for the long run.

Trade-Ins

We know that sometimes it's difficult to let go of those skates that got you through Junior League, or that bicycle that logged hundreds of happy miles, but now we're offering you the perfect incentive to do it!

Skates Trade-In Program (Currently available only at D&D Westland)
If they've got blades, it's worth $25 D&D dollars!

Buying a new pair of skates? Trade in your old pair of skates, and you'll receive a $25 store credit toward a future purchase at D&D Bicycles and Hockey when you purchase your new pair! If they're in good enough shape, we'll donate your faithful oldies to local youth organizations to share the joys of skating. (Limit one trade-in per customer.)

Bicycle Trade-In Program
If it's got a two wheels and a seat, it's worth $50 D&D dollars!

Buying a new bicycle? Trade in your used bicycle, and you'll receive a $50 accessories credit when you purchase your new bike! We'll donate your trusty steed to an organization that restores bicycles for charity to spread the joys of cycling. (Limit one trade-in per customer.)

D&D Rewards

For 2009, nearly 1,000 D&D Rewards Members received back a collective total of over $10,000 in D&D Rewards Dollars! Wondering how to get in on the action? Here's a brief FAQ list to explain:

What is the D&D Rewards Program?
Becoming a D&D Rewards Member allows you to accrue 5% back on EVERY purchase you make at D&D, including products, services, sale items and deposits. Lifetime membership is only $10!

When and in what form does that 5% come back to me?
At the end of every year, D&D Rewards are tallied and mailed the beginning of the ensuing January. They are issued to each Member in the form of D&D Rewards Dollars. (No cash back)

How do D&D Rewards Dollars work?
Rewards Dollars operate like a one-time-use coupon. They can be used in any ONE D&D store location on ANY hockey and/or bicycle product, service, sale item or deposit. If it's hockey you're after, be sure to redeem your Rewards Dollars at D&D Bicycles and Hockey - Waterford or Westland!

NOTE: Like a coupon, Rewards Dollars must be used all at once. Unused amounts will be forfeited.

Is there an expiration date on my D&D Rewards Dollars?
YES! Your Rewards Dollars expire 30 days from the issue date, so hurry in... don't let your Rewards go to waste!

What do I do if my Rewards Dollars do not arrive in the mail?
Rewards amounts under $5 will not be mailed. If you believe this is the case for you, or if your Rewards Dollars are over $5, but have not arrived by the end of January, please call Sharon G. at (734) 522-1300.

How do I become a D&D Rewards Member?
Stop by your nearest D&D location. $10 buys you a lifetime membership!

Where can I learn more?
Call, email or visit your nearest D&D store, for a complete D&D Rewards program rundown from any member of our D&D sales staff.
