COVID-19/Coronavirus Updates at D&D

UPDATE 5/1/20: Our stores are now open limited hours. Our repair department is temporarily delayed 1-2 weeks out and only accepting D&D purchased select bicycles for service due to high demand. Shop online 24/7 with free professionally assembled bicycles and home delivery within 100 miles of a D&D location.

We are taking the COVID-19/Coronavirus very seriously and staying updated as the local and national levels are making new decisions. We have made temporary changes to our store policies during this time. We rely on our team members, guests and community to make D&D what it is, and we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure we are doing our part.

Cycling has been continuously promoted around the country as a great alternative to public transportation as well as a way to exercise while maintaining a safe social distance. Below are the steps D&D is taking to serve you during this uncertain time:

1. D&D stores are currently open with a limited number of people in the store at a time. Customer service is available via phone 734-522-1300 or email info@ddbicyclesandhockey.com. Our team is closely complying with CDC and State of Michigan guidelines.

2. Our website is open 24/7. All online orders are being promptly processed daily, but may be delayed due to high demand. $25 Bicycle home delivery within Michigan. 

3. We have cancelled all events and rides through May 31st. There is a possibility that events beyond the month of May will also be affected, and we will update you accordingly.
