Accepted Forms of Payment

D&D accepts the following payments in store:

*D&D does NOT accept personal checks. 

*All online transactions will require the customer to show valid identification and the credit card that was used for the purchase. Name on credit card and ID must match in order to pick up purchased items.

In-Store Pickup

Online orders for in-store pickup can take up to 48 hours to process, some exclusions may apply. A D&D Team Member will be in contact with you as soon as your items are ready for pickup. Valid ID must be present at time of pickup.

Shipping & Online Orders

In-store Pickup - shipping to store for pickup is always offered and, in most cases, free of charge. Exclusions may apply.

Ship to Home Parts & Accessories - fees vary based on recipient address. Orders over $79 ship for free. Exclusions may apply. In the event thats one/some of your items are unavailable to ship, all other items in your order will be processed and shipped. You will receive a refund for any items that could not be shipped. 

$50 Bicycle Home Delivery - within 100 miles of any D&D store location and within the United States. Delivery should be expected within 14 days of purchase for in stock bicycles. Bicycles are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride. Exclusions may apply.

$79 Bicycle Ship to Home - shipping offered to your home address within the United States on select bicycles. Bicycles are assembled and tuned in store by a technician and then professionally repackaged to ship to you. When you receive your bicycle, some re-assembly is required. Exclusions may apply.

Price Adjustments

Sometimes our sales may overlap or you may have purchased something just before a sale. If you bring this to our attention within 7 days of a sale and within 30 days of your purchase, we will apply an in-store credit to your account to make up the difference, unless the current sale excluded previous purchases. 

Price Match

D&D always price matches any local competitor’s advertised MSRP price. Price match applies to local competitors with proof of sale price. Special orders excluded. Other exclusions may apply.

Returns

We stand behind everything we sell and will do our best to get you the right products for whatever you may need. If you are not satisfied and find the need to return something, please return the item within 30 days, in new condition and original packaging to a D&D location and we'll replace it or give you a refund.

The following guidelines also apply:

Original Form of Payment

  • Cash - under $50, cash return; over $50, check from office
    • Credit - applied to same card used for purchase (with physical card and valid I.D.)
    • Synchrony Credit Card, Katapult & Affirm Financing - applied to payment method within the guidelines of the provider
    • Gift Card - in-store credit

**Special orders, Labor, Repair School, Personal Mechanic, Storage, Shipping & Handling, Team Uniforms, Warmups & Gear, Altered Bikes, Open Box, Nutrition and Clearance items are non-refundable.  Items that received free shipping at checkout are subject to a restocking fee if returned to cover the initial shipping cost of the order. Other restrictions may apply.  

Bicycles and Hockey Sticks

  • Full return within 30 days, with receipt and no signs of use
    • Return policy begins with date of original bicycle purchase or deposit
    • Limit to one bicycle return per year per customer/family
    • eBikes must have less than 15 miles on odometer
    • See "Returning shipped or delivered items" above for more information if applicable 

Accessories, Apparel, Footwear and Other Items

Full return within 30 days, with receipt and no signs of use, price tag and packaging intact or in original packaging, otherwise in-store credit within 30 days.

Shipped or Delivered Items

  • For a refund of shipped or delivered items, items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included (Items returned damaged, used, or without packaging are subject to a restocking fee or a partial refund based on the market value of the returned product).
  • Shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable
  • If a bike is unfortunately received damaged through shipping, the bike will be eligible for replacement parts with any damaged parts returned to D&D. Please contact us for a return label for any parts damaged.
  • If we delivered your items, we can pick them up for return. Fees apply. Contact us at info@ddbicyclesandhockey.com to set up your return pickup.
  • Any manufacturer or shipping issues on shipped or delivered items or bicycles need to be brought to the attention of D&D within 3 business days of delivery. Photos of any shipping materials or products may also be required. Please email info@ddbicyclesandhockey.com with all concerns. Items and bicycles should not be used while we work with you to find a resolution. Used items and bicycles are no longer valid for returns or refunds.
  • Return shipping is not included. If a returned item brings an order outside of the qualifications for a promotion (free shipping, special discounts and savings, etc.) the refund of the item will reflect those changes. 
  • For bicycle returns, we recommend scheduling your return shipment through Bike Flights.
  • Bikes returned damaged or used are subject to a restocking fee or a partial refund based on the market value of the returned product. The customer is responsible for the proper packaging of items and bicycles when shipping back for return. It is recommended that photos of your bike are taken during the packing process in case shipping damage occurs as this is needed to open a claim with the carrier.

      **Special orders and clearance items are exchange only and non-refundable. Poor or used condition of  items or bicycles for return upon receipt may result in fees. Other restrictions may apply. 

Kid's Bike Trade-Up Program

Purchase any kids bike at D&D and you qualify for our Kid's Bike Trade-Up Program. Bring the bike back in good condition once your child outgrows it and get up to $75 toward a new bike that better fits them. Valid on kids bikes under 26".

Service & Repair

We stand behind our service for 30 days. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your work order, please bring it back to the store that performed your service within 30 days. 

Synchrony Card

The Synchrony Card application process is easy and takes only a few minutes. Once you are approved* and have received your account information, you can begin enjoying all the benefits of your Synchrony credit card account.

Katapult Lease - To - Own

Katapult has lease purchase plans designed just for you – no credit required.  Simple and transparent, it’s your path from “need” to “own.” This payment option is available in store only.

Coupons/Sales/Promo Codes

Discounts and promotions are valid on in-stock items only. Sales and coupons cannot be combined with other existing discount offers. All discounts are taken off of the MSRP or highest advertised price for the item. Exclusions may apply for all sales. Discounts cannot be honored on previous purchases. Typos and other errors will result in voided transactions.
